因高温天气即将来临，为了让客户端有个良好的使用体验感，通过以下操作可以避免因为外界因素导致水机高温报警，降低水机故障率，防止生产效率受影响！Due to the upcoming high temperature weather, in order to provide a good user experience for the client, the following operations can avoid high temperature alarms caused by external factors, reduce the failure rate of the water machine, and prevent production efficiency from being affected.

1.水机散热风口及侧边通风门板0.5米范围内无阻挡物，会影响水机散热。如下图 ↓

There are no obstacles within a range of 0.5 meters from the radiator vent and side ventilation door panel, which will affect the radiator's heat dissipation.Look picture ↓

2.侧面挡板要及时清理，建议一个月清理一次，让水机内部有良好的进风量。

The side baffle should be cleaned in a timely manner, and it is recommended to clean it once a month to ensure good air intake inside the water machine.

3.冷凝器及时清理，建议一个月清理一次，可迅速的将热量通过风扇排出机外。

Clean the condenser in a timely manner, it is recommended to clean it once a month, which can quickly dissipate the heat outside the machine through the fan.

4.水机水桶内一周要检查一下水是否到达标准水位处，同时建议使用纯净水（桶装水），北方冬天可以使用冷却液与纯净水50%的配比使用，提高水流速度，降温效果佳.

Check whether the water in the water bucket of the water machine has reached the standard water level once a week, and it is recommended to use purified water (bottled water). In winter in the north, a 50% ratio of coolant and purified water can be used to increase the water flow rate and achieve good cooling effect.

5.冷水机水桶两个月清洗一次，桶内沉淀物过多会导致水管堵塞，水泵也会因此长期负载工作而损坏.

The water tank of the chiller should be cleaned every two months. Excessive sediment in the tank can cause blockages in the water pipes, and the water pump may also be damaged due to long-term load operation.

6.加水后水桶盖子要盖好防止物件掉落桶内或者水溢出.

After adding water, the lid of the water bucket should be covered to prevent objects from falling into the bucket or water from overflowing.

7.水管不要有弯折，会导致水流过小引起水机流量报警及水温报警。

Do not bend the water pipe, as it may cause the water flow to be too small, resulting in flow and temperature alarms for the water machine.

8.高温环境下使用，水机要更改为恒温模式工作。（注：高温环境是指35度以上/恒温模式下设定的温度与环境温度相差不能超过5度，会形成冷凝水对机器和UV灯造成损害）

When used in high temperature environments, the water machine should be switched to constant temperature mode for operation. (Note: High temperature environment refers to a temperature above 35 degrees/the temperature set in constant temperature mode cannot differ from the ambient temperature by more than 5 degrees, which will form condensation water and cause damage to the machine and UV lamp).
